【摘要】:Overtheyearsmanyelectromagneticcompatibilitymeasurementandcontrolstandardshavebeendeveloped.Manyoftheseareofconcerntoparticuclalarssesofdevicessuchasreceivers,transmitters,incidentalradiationdevices,etcI.nestablishinglimits,itisnecessarytorelatethemeasurementtechniquethatisusedtodeterminecompliancewithagivenlimittothefieldconditionsunderwhichthedevicebeingcontrolledwillactuallyoperate.Thisrecommendedpracticepresentsarationalefordevelopinglimits'andrecommendssetsoflimitsthatarerepresentativeofcurrentpractice.Theselimitsmaybeadjustedinparticularapplicationsascircumstancesdictate.Aspartofthedevelopmentoflimits,thefollowingparametersshobuelcdonsidered:a)Thegeneralpropertiesofbothman-madeandnaturalenvironmentalelectromagneticnoise(disturbances)2b)Anunderstandingofthedevicescommonlyusedformeasurementofsuchdisturbancesandtheirproperties,whichwillassistthepractitionerinselectingsuchequipmentsandassociatedmeasurementtechniquesfortheparticularapplicationc)Therationalethatcanbeusedinselectingaconsistentseotflimitsforemissionandimmunity(susceptibility),subjecttovariousenvironmentalconstraints(goodengineeringpractice)Thesepracticesareintendedtobeapplicabletoindividualequipmentsaswellassystemosfvarioussizesand,ifproperlyapplied,willprovideguidanfcoerobtainingbothintrasystemandintersystemcompatibility.Thisrecommendedpracticeisorganizedasfollows:Clause2referencesinstrumentationandmeasurementmethods;Clause3containsalistofdefinitions;Clause4describesenvironmentalradionoise;Clause5describestheselectionofmeasurementparameters;Claus6ediscusseslimitsetting;andAnnexisAabibliography.

【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO9614specifiesamethodformeasuringthecomponentofsoundintensitynormaltoameasurementsurfacewhichischosensoastoenclosethesoundsource(s)ofwhichthesoundpowerlevelistobedetermined.Surfaceintegrationoftheintensitycomponentnormaltothemeasurementsurfaceisapproximatedbysubdividingthemeasurementsurfaceintocontiguouspartialsurfaces,andscanningtheintensityprobeovereachpartialsurfacealongacontinuouspathwhichcoverstheextentofthepartialsurface.Themeasurementinstrumentdeterminestheaveragednormalintensitycomponentandaveragedsquaredsoundpressureoverthedurationofeachscan.Thescanningoperationcanbeperformedeithermanuallyorbymeansofamechanicalsystem.Theoctavebandorband-limitedweightedsoundpowerleveliscalculatedfromthemeasuredone-third-octavebandvalues.Themethodisapplicabletoanysourceforwhichaphysicallystationarymeasurementsurfacecanbedefined,andonwhichthesoundgeneratedbythesourceundertestandbyothersignificantextraneoussourcesarestationaryintime.Thesourceisdefinedbythechoiceofmeasurementsurface.ThemethodisapplicableinspecifictestenvironmentsfulfillingallrelevantrequirementsofthispartofISO9614.ThispartofISO9614specifiescertainancillaryprocedures,describedinannexC,tobefollowedinconjunctionwiththesoundpowerdetermination.Theresultsareusedtoindicatethequalityofthedetermination,andhencethegradeofaccuracy.IfthequalityofthedeterminationdoesnotmeettherequirementsofthispartofISO9614,thetestprocedureshallbemodifiedinthemannerindicated.ThispartofISO9614isnotapplicabletoanyfrequencybandinwhichthesoundpowerofthesourceisfoundtobenegativeonmeasurement.1.2ThispartofISO9614isapplicabletosourcessituatedinanyenvironmentwhichisneithersovariableovertimeastoreducetheaccuracyofthemeasurementofsoundintensitytoanunacceptabledegree,norsubjectstheintensitymeasurementprobetogasflowsofunacceptablespeedorunsteadiness(see5.2.2,5.3and5.4).InsomecasesitwillbefoundthatthetestconditionsaretooadversetoallowtherequirementsofthispartofISO9614tobemet.Forexample,extraneousnoiselevelscanexceedthedynamiccapabilityofthemeasuringinstrumentorcanvarytoanexcessivedegreeduringthetest.InsuchcasesthemethodgiveninthispartofISO9614isnotsuitableforthedeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelofthesource.
