【摘要】:Organophosphatepesticidesaffectthenervoussystembydisruptingtheenzymethatregulatesacetylcholine,aneurotransmitter.Theyweredevelopedduringtheearly19thcentury,buttheireffectsoninsects,whicharesimilartotheireffectsonhumans,werediscoveredin1932.Somearepoisonousandwereusedaschemicalweaponagents.Organophosphatepesticidesareusuallynotpersistentintheenvironment.,Thistestmethodisfortheanalysisofselectedorganophosphorous-basedchemicalweaponagentdegradationproductsfromSarin(GB),Soman(GD),Tabun(GA)andVX.Thismethodhasbeeninvestigatedforusewithreagentandsurfacewater.1.1Thisprocedurecoversthedeterminationofdiisopropylmethylphosphonate(DIMP),ethylhydrogendimethylamidophosphate(EHDMAP),ethylmethylphosphonicacid(EMPA),isopropylmethylphosphonicacid(IMPA),methylphosphonicacid(MPA)andpinacolylmethylphosphonicacid(PMPA)(referredtocollectivelyasorganophosphonatesinthistestmethod)insurfacewaterbydirectinjectionusingliquidchromatography(LC)anddetectedwithtandemmassspectrometry(MS/MS)usingelectrosprayionization(ESI).Theseanalytesarequalitativelyandquantitativelydeterminedbythismethod.Thismethodadherestosinglereactionmonitoring(SRM)massspectrometry.1.2ThistestmethodhasbeendevelopedinsupportoftheNationalHomelandSecurityResearchCenter,USEPAbyRegion5ChicagoRegionalLaboratory.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thedetectionverificationlevel(DVL)andreportingrangefortheorganophosphonatesarelistedinTable1.1.4.1TheDVLisrequiredtobeataconcentrationatleastthreetimesbelowthereportinglimit(RL)andhaveasignal/noiseratiogreaterthan3:1.Fig.1displaysthesignal/noiseratiosattheDVLsfortheorganophosphonatesintheESIpositivemodeandFig.2intheESInegativemode.1.4.2ThereportinglimitistheconcentrationoftheLevel1calibrationstandardasshowninTable2fortheorganophosphonatesexceptforMPAintheESInegativemodewhichisatLevel2duetonotmeetingtheDVLcriteriaatthelowerconcentrationlevel.TheDVLforMPAintheESInegativemodeisat20x03BC;g/L,whichforcesaraisedreportinglimit.However,themulti-laboratoryvalidationrequiredaspikeofalltargetanalytesatLevel1concentrations.ThemeanrecoveryforMPAintheESInegativemodeatthislevelwas98.7%asshowninTable3.Ifyourinstrumentx2019;ssensitivitycanmeettherequirementsinthistestmethod,MPAmayhavea50x03BC;g/Lreportinglimit.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
