【摘要】:ThispartofBS1726providesguidanceonmethodsofspecifyingandtolerancinghotcoiledcompressionsprings,andcoldcoiledspringsthatfalloutsidethesizerangelimitsspecifiedinBSEN15800.Inaddition,thisstandardincludesinAnnexAthegeneraltestingmethodsforparallelsidedhelicalcompressionspringsthatareapplicabletobothhotandcoldcoiledspringsmanufacturedfromcircularsectionmaterial.Twogradesoftolerance,1and2,aregivenforhotcoiledcircularsectionsprings,orcoldcoiledspringsthatfalloutsidethesizerangesspecifiedinBSEN15800.Threetypesofendcoilsareprovidedfor,i.e.openend,closedend,andclosedandgroundend,thelastofthesebeingapplicableonlytospringswherethediameteroraxialdimensionofmaterialis0.5mmorgreater.ThispartofBS1726differentiatesbetweenspringsthathaveorhavenotbeenstressrelievedafterforming(designatedgroupA),andsprings,thematerialofwhichhasundergoneastructuralchangebyheattreatmentafterforming(designatedgroupB).Thisstandardgivestwomethodsofspecifyingspringsforgeneralpurposesandonemethodoftestingsprings.
