【摘要】:WARNING—PersonsusingthisInternationalStandardshouldbefamiliarwithnormallaboratorypractice.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtoensurecompliancewithanynationalregulatoryconditions.CAUTION—CertainproceduresspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardmayinvolvetheuseorgenerationofsubstances,orthegenerationofwaste,thatcouldconstitutealocalenvironmentalhazard.Referenceshouldbemadetoappropriatedocumentationonsafehandlinganddisposalafteruse.ThispartofISO4666specifiestheflexometertestwithconstant-strainamplitudeforthedeterminationofthetemperatureriseandresistancetofatigueofvulcanizedrubber.TheflexometerspecifiedisknownastheGoodrichflexometer,butanyotherapparatusgivingequivalentperformancecanbeused.ThispartofISO4666givesdirectionsforcarryingoutmeasurementswhichmakepossiblepredictionsregardingthedurabilityofrubbersinfinishedarticlessubjecttodynamicflexinginservicesuchastyres,bearings,supports,V-belts,andcable-pulleyinsertrings.However,owingtothewidevariationsinserviceconditions,nosimplecorrelationbetweentheacceleratedtestsdescribedinthevariouspartsofthisInternationalStandardandserviceperformancecanbeassumed.Themethodisnotrecommendedforrubberhavingahardnessgreaterthan85IRHD.
