【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofshottubesandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasshottubesincategories2and3inEN14035-2.Itisnotapplicabletoshottubescontainingpyrotechniccompositionwhichincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedasmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,shottubesareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:tubecontainingpropellantchargeandapyrotechnicunit,withorwithoutatransmittingfuse;—principaleffects:ejectionofthepyrotechnicunit,producingavisualand/orauraleffectintheair.SchemesfortypetestingofshottubesandbatchtestingofshottubesarespecifiedinAnnexAandAnnexBrespectively.
