【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695-1providesguidanceforassessingthefirehazardofelectrotechnicalproductsandfortheresultingdevelopmentoffirehazardtestingasrelateddirectlytoharmtopeople,animalsorproperty.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,productmeanscompleteelectrotechnicalequipments,theirparts(includingcomponents)andelectricalinsulatingmaterials.Itoutlinesahazard-basedprocesstoidentifyappropriatefiretestmethodsandperformancecriteriaforproducts.Theprinciplesofthemethodologyaretoidentifyfireevents(firescenarios)whichwillbeassociatedwiththeproduct,toestablishhowthemeasurablefirepropertiesoftheproductarerelatedtothepossibleoccurrenceandoutcomeofthoseevents,andtoestablishtestmethodsandperformancerequirementsforthosepropertieswhichwilleitherresultinatolerablefireoutcomeoreliminatetheeventaltogether.ThisstandardisintendedasguidancetoIECcommittees,andshouldbeusedwithrespecttotheirindividualapplications.Theactualimplementationofthisstandardremainstheresponsibilityofeachproductcommittee,accordingtotheminimumacceptablefiresafetyinitsapplicationfieldandtakingintoaccountthefeedbackfromexperience.ThisbasicsafetypublicationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.
