【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsareusedtoensurethequalityofaproductbydeterminingtheforceperunitwidthrequiredtoseparatearubberlayerfromaflexiblesubstratesuchasfabric,fibre,wire,orsheetmetal.Theacceptablevalueofadhesionmeasuredwill,ofcourse,varyfromproducttoproductduetodifferentrubberformulations,flexiblesubstrates,andtypesofproducts.However,onceaproductisestablished,minimumvaluesofseparationforcecanbedeterminedandagreedtobyproducerandconsumerandbothcanmonitortoassuremaintenanceoftheagreed-uponminimumvalue.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationoftheadhesionstrengthbetweenpliesoffabricbondedwithrubberortheadhesionoftherubberlayerinarticlesmadefromrubberattachedtoothermaterial.Theyareapplicableonlywhentheadheredsurfacesareapproximatelyplaneoruniformlycircularasinbelting,hose,tirecarcasses,orrubber-coveredsheetmetal.1.2Whentheadheredsurfacescontainsharpbends,angles,orothergrossirregularitiesthatcannotbeavoidedinpreparingtestspecimens,specialtestmethodsmustbeemployedforevaluatingadhesion.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
